Pull from Eternity ...

Not to mention it would probably be in a set with an Exile theme.

Personally, I very strongly dislike ideas that try to use " Pull from Eternity is a thing that exists" as a reason why its okay to do them.

Rest in Peace is pretty narrow... Blind Obedience is pretty narrow...

How do people handle a second turn (or  third if you want to keep the theme of powerful one card combos)  Emrakul ?

You can't condemn this because you found an interaction which is difficult to deal with, especially a concept, and especially when that interaction is only relevant in a limited number of formats.  Foresight is even worse.  Perhaps suggestions on what would make you like it...

Besides, I could easily see its counterpart being created in the set it would be created in:

Divine Savior            (no mana cost)
Creature - Illusion
Suspend 1 -
If Divine Savior is in the Exile Zone at the beginning of your upkeep step, gain 2 life.

Taking your criticism in a more constructive way...what if I do this:

I also think the idea opens up a new play style for White and Blue similar to Black's graveyard plays.

I can't just assume the existance of cards I haven't seen. So I judge cards in relation to what actually exists. Moreover, I don't think that Pull from Eternity should exist, so saying "this is okay because Pull from Eternity exists" is never going to convince me of anything ever.

Specifically, as regards your ideas I like the idea of piggybacking on their suspended status much more. It has precedent, and a larger number of cards would interact with it, both positively and negatively.
