regenerating it taps it and removes it from combat. also all combat damage is done at the same time, except for first strike and double strike which happen before everything else that does not have fist strike or double strike.
no, but for other reasons than stated in the post before
all blockers are declared at the same time, you cannot declare some blockers, do something, then declare some more
just activating the regenerate ability does only set up a regeneration shield, it will only tap the creature and remove it from combat once it would actually be destroyed
can i block a creature then regenerate and then block again with the same creature i regenerated.?
All blockers must be declared at the same time. You don't have two chances to block in the same combat, and you can't declare some blockers, do something else, then declare more blockers.
Anyway, the creature is only removed from combat when it would be destroyed, not when you activate the regeneration ability. So your creature leaves combat only after combat damage is dealt (unless someone casts Smite on it or something like that).

my explanation was not wrong, you cant block regenerate and then block something else for multiple reasons, one of witch would be becuase combat damage all happens at the same time, not one here then one there ect, also because when it regenerates it will tap.
but yea i guess i should have mentioned all blockers are declared at the same time, i dropped the ball i guess..
true, it wasn't wrong as such, just not relevant combat damage comes much later than declaring blockers
I'm not trying to be mean or to discourage you, so please don't take it as such (I hoped the smiley helped) but precision is needed when dealing with Magic rules
can i block a creature then regenerate and then block again with the same creature i regenerated.?
it's possible, but very highly unlikely
to happen there'd have to be a second combat phase and you'd have to have a way to untap the regenerated creature
but if you're asking, can a creature regenerate to block multiple creatures in the same combat phase the answer to that is no because all blocks go into effect at the same moment in a combat phase and unless the creature specifically has a way to block multiple creatures in that phase , it can only block one
