 Spoiler: Show

5.0

4.5
: Splashable and first pick worthy.
4.0
: First pick pack 1.
3.5
: Early pick though not always a first pick.
3.0
: Solid early/mid pick.
2.5
: Solid pick in color.
2.0
: Should generally make the deck if in this color.
1.5
: Decent filler.
1.0
: 23rd card if you have to.
0.5
: This card will sometimes be sideboarded in.
0.0
: I will never put this card into my deck (main deck or after sideboarding).

I like the raiders.  I originally thought she put the counters on every creature which would've been better but I still think she's pretty good.  Maybe not a first pick all the time but close to it.

3.5

4.0

4cmc for a 3/3 isn't great, but it can attack the next turn, depending on your curve, as a 6/6 or more.

Basically, this guy has to be removed or you lose. That's a 4 for me.
Limited Guidelines:

5.0: I will take this card no matter what: Pack Rat
4.5: Bomb and/or splashable creature or removal: Aetherling
4.0: Excellent first pick first pack, will sway me into same colors: Advent of the Wurm
3.5: Excellent first pack pick two, will confirm colors or possibly sway into second color. Gaze of Granite
3.0: Good in-color addition, or splashable removal/creature: Ascended Lawmage
2.5: Solid pick in-color: Bronzebeak Moa
2.0: Creatures 10-16; removal 6-7. Haazda Snare Squad
1.5: My 23rd or 22nd card, depending on removal. Wake the Reflections )
1.0: 23rd card if I don't maindeck an additional land: Murmuring Phantasm
0.5: This card will sometimes be sideboarded in: Uncovered Clues
0.0: I will shred this card for counters: Possibility Storm

It appears I misread this card when I thought it was the top Gruul rare. Still, even with the correct text this is extremely powerful, a 4 CMC 3/3 that typically attacks as a 5/5 or 6/6 the following turn. I think this one is a 4.0, since it isn't quite splashworthy, but I also think I'd run it in Gruul, Boros and Simic.

3.5-4.0. This card is subtly very good with Bloodrush; attacking with everything becomes less suspicious with it out (and makes it huge very fast).

I had this and Legion Loyalist in my sealed pool for one of the pre releases.  Apart, they are fairly useful.  Together and they wreck house completely.  The raiders gets ridiculously large, ridiculously fast.

I'll go 3.5-4.0 off of what I've seen them do.

4.0.  Is there a better non-mythic Gruul?

4.  I both had one and played against one in the last sealed pool I did, and it was very good every game except the one where I topdecked it the turn before I died.  My opponent opened one game with T2 Skyjek, T3 postcombat Hellraiser Goblin , T4 this.  Getting hit with a T4 6/6 haste that then gets bigger every turn is hard to come back from.

I think it's worth noting that the ability counts the Raiders themselves, so you drop it as a 3/3 but she attacks as at very least a 4/4. The fact that this can be played in Gruul, Boros, or Simic makes this very first pickable for me, although there are a few uncommons I could see myself taking over her.
