Ok this is a white weenie soldier deck that wants to keep your creatures small(due to Mentor of the meek & meekstone ) untill your ready for the kill. This needs work but I liked the idea when I put it together. Thoughts/Suggestions? 4 x Boros Elite 4 x Elite Vanguard 4 x Elite Inquisitor 4 x Fencing Ace 4 x Field Marshal 3 x Mentor of the Meek 3 x Blind Obedience 3 x Oblivion Ring 4 x Meekstone 2 x Dolmen Gate 3 x Brave the Elements 2 x Charge Across the Araba 20 x Plains

I ran a deck similar to this before but went with exalted creatures to give me the boost. Things like Aven Squire / Guardians of Akrasa to help boost creatures, Mentor of the Meek for card draw, Meekstone to lock down the board. Now with gatecrash and the release of Blind Obedience you can basically lock them down once both are on the field.

If you want to use battalion as a main idea I would consider using Frontline Medic , its not a soldier but once you attack and its battalion goes off its hard to deal with. Doesn't the Field Marshal reduce the effectiveness of Mentor of the Meek ? Hold the Gates gives all your creatures vigilance allowing you to pump them up as much as you want. If you want to stick to soldiers Kor Aeronaut / Kor Skyfisher can help deal with flying creatures. Precinct Captain is a decent soldier that can help create more creatures to trigger battalion with. Rogue's Passage might be useful if your looking for a colorless land to add that gives a boost.
