Todays final GTC card to rate is... Obzedat, Ghost Council Spoiler:
Show
5.0: First pick no matter what. I will always play this card. 4.5: Splashable and first pick worthy. 4.0: First pick pack 1. 3.5: Early pick though not always a first pick. 3.0: Solid early/mid pick. 2.5: Solid pick in color. 2.0: Should generally make the deck if in this color. 1.5: Decent filler. 1.0: 23rd card if you have to. 0.5: This card will sometimes be sideboarded in. 0.0: I will never put this card into my deck (main deck or after sideboarding).
This is without a doubt my favorite card in the set. That being said this is also a very good card in both constructed and draft. I consider it a very high pick and if you see it pack 2 switch to his colors or at least try to. 4.5 Discuss!

4.5. If you're Gruul or Simic and this is in pack 3, you probably pick him for trade/hate reasons, not because you can shoehorn him into the deck.

This guy is impossible to race. And I know my rankings below give it a 4.5 but that was before playing against it.

5. Even if I'm in, say, Gruul and this is P3P1 I will hate this thing harder than you can imagine. I do not want my opponent to even have the option of playing it against me.

Something in the 4.5-5.0 range seems right. I am reluctant to give it 5.0 based on the high color requirement, but it certainly gets there on powerlevel.

Yeah, that was my only trepedition in giving it a 5 on the scoring system. Still, I cannot see myself ever passing this under any circumstance, as its absurd strength is not something I want any opponent to have as an option. I will honestly hate this thing every step of the way.

I'd take it as a hate/value pick, but I'm not sure I would take it as a hate pick alone if there was something decent in the pack for me.

I would give it a 4.5. I would take it every time at FNM because of monetary concerns, but in a redraft I would pass it pack 3 if I was Simic or Gruul unless I didn't have anything good to take.
Ironically, I have only played with/against it twice, and lost time it was on my side and won the time I played against it.
Still stupid good though, even if it has randomly underperformed in my small sample size experience.
