edit: updated Enate Land  : Add  to your mana pool. Lands you control are 0/1 and are creatures in addition to their other types. (They are not spells.) At least 1 creature land you control must attack each turn if possible. You may only use abilites of your lands during your 2nd main stage.

Active player can attack with creatures he/she controls that have 0 or less power during his/her attack phase.

I mean, this makes you cast all your spells precombat, but that's about it. it also opens you up to pyroclasm and the like, I guess.
120.6. Some effects replace card draws.

As I understand it creatures with 0 power cannot usually attack.
Why an Artifact creature?
Does not the way that it would be so easy to lose all your lands not count strongly again'st this in power level?

The problem is that you can just tap your lands for mana before the combat phase, and then they can't attack.
