Do cards like hunted dragon trigger with zedruu the greathearted ? Are those tokens considered a permanent I own or no?

The tokens are owned by your opponent, as they came into play under his control. This is a change to the way the rule worked at the time Hunted Dragon was printed. I believe the change was made with the M10 rules update. 110.5a A token is both owned and controlled by the player under whose control it entered the battlefield.

No. The tokens are owned by your opponent.
110.5a A token is both owned and controlled by the player under whose control it entered the battlefield.

Sadly, that rule change killed the Genesis Chamber / Brand combo.
