This is a contest inspired by Dilleux_Lepaire's weekly Cards and Combos contest.

This weeks card: Grinning Ignus
Dilleux's original thread is here:
community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/758...

So, the purpose of the contest is to design a card which supports Grinning Ignus as the central piece of a deck.

To take further inspiration from Dilleux, I will be grading in four different categories on a scale from 1-10:

Synergy:  Do the cards work together to create a great wincon?
Flavor: Does this card just ooze flavor, do I want to season my dinner with it?
Design: Is the card balanced, do its parts equal a great whole, is it "elegant"?
Originality:  Is the card unique, does it put new possibilities on the table?

So, feel free to provide suggestions on improving the contest as the contest progresses.  While Dilleux's thread lasts a week, these will only last 48 hours.  Furthermore, since I do not represent the community as a whole, feel free to vote on cards as the contest progresses!
Break the Card:  A great contest run by Dilleux_Lepaire in the Cards and Combo's forums!

Support the Card:  An homage to Break the Card I run on the You Make the Card forums!

Also, what do you think the contest title should be:  Designing in Pairs or Support the Card.

Twinning Spiral
Whenever another nontoken creature enters the battlefield under your control, you may pay . If you do, put a token onto the battlefield that's a copy of that creature.
When the number of clonings started to equal the number of live births, living in the city got even more complicated.

I think title is fine.

any card that does general damage to all creatures on the board, as I can pick up the ignus

Whenever a card is returned from play to your hand;
each other player returns a card they control to owners hand.

Soul Bottle
Artifact
When Soul Bottle enters the battlefield, you may exile a creature card with converted mana cost 3 or less from your hand. Soul Bottle has all activated abilities of cards exiled by Soul Bottle. If the exiled card's ability contains the name of that card, replace that name with Soul Bottle.

Ignus' Laughter
Sorcery (R)
Until end of turn, you may cast red creatures by paying instead of paying their mana cost. If you do, sacrifice those creatures at the end of turn. Creatures entering the battlefield under your control this turn have haste.
The heat struck Petir like a wave, but he dared not open his eyes. From within the inferno that had been his home, he heard a sound he would never forget...

You can make infinite mana with a Skyshroud Elf out, I guess. It does take some work. And it's a less-powerful Sneak Attack ...

Whenever a spell or ability would return a permanent you control to your hand, you may reveal your hand. If you do, choose a card in your hand that has the same name as that permanent and put it onto the battlefield.

Here today, here tommorrow.

Creature - Human Monk

If a creature would be returned to your hand, return it to the battlefield instead.
