If i gain control of an enchantment aura, do i put it on a new target or does it go to the graveyard?

it will simply stay attached, if the attachment is still legal Demonic Appetite is an example of an Aura that will fall off if it or the creature changes controller

If the Aura is already enchanting a creature, then that Aura will remain enchanted on the same creature. Of course, this depends on the wording of the Aura itself. For example, if you take control of Murder Investigation , but not the creature it's on, then Murder Investigation is put into the graveyard because it's enchanting an illegal object.

Oh that's right! I forgot about that. My intention was to remove the aura off an opponent's creature. Thanks
