Is there such a card that destroys an enchantment that's red? I've looked on the gatherer and can't seem to find one. The same goes for destroy nonland permanent...

Few if any. Red only gets to blow up land and artifacts .

Yes, I gathered as much. Do any creatures destroy X permanent as an ability?

Good answer, but I'm trying to steer away from Artifacts if I can as much as possible. I have a friend with Artifact destroying decks, so my aim is for Enchantments, Instants, Sorceries or Creatures to do the work instead...

Best I can recommend is to go to Gatherer and look up red cards with the word "permanent" in their text. Most of the red cards capable of dealing with enchantments will nuke most of the field. One of red's iconic weaknesses is an inability to deal with enchantments.

If the enchantment is Blue then Red can take it out with Red Elemental Blast . Otherwise you'll need to either turn the enchantment into a creature or artifact so you can remove it with traditional Red answers or turn the enchanment Blue to make use of the REB.

Chaos Warp is pretty much the only thing in red.  Nevinyrral's Disk and Lux Cannon are some slow artifact options.

There's Apocalypse and Worldfire if you hate the enchantment enough to blow up the whole world.

While costing a lot of mana and being an artifact, its effect is immediate: Spine of Ish Sah . Destroying it would also be rather foolish on your opponent's part, but would be good doing it yourself. All is Dust is another sweeper that can deal with enchantments.

You could also try to steal the enchantment and then sacrifice it to an outlet that lets you sac any permanent. Dominus of Fealty / Word of Seizing / Zealous Conscripts for the stealing, Claws of Gix / Crack the Earth / Magmaw / Misguided Rage / Shimatsu the Bloodcloaked / Synod Sanctum to get rid of it.

Goblin Welder lets you cycle Spines (as well as Ichor Wellspring s and Mycosynth Wellspring s) and is red.  Geosurge lets you cast Spine on turn 4, presuming you've made all your land drops.

Cheers!
