The way this question is worded, I suspect, that you misunderstand the difference between +1/+1 counters and a plain +1/+1 bonus granted by a static ability. The cards mentioned above all grant counters, but something like Glen Elendra Liege  or Bad Moon  does not. The difference lies in the actual use of the word "counter". If the word isn't used, there are no counters involved.
I'm a Rules Advisor now  "Simple questions" usually need rather complex answers, while complex questions often come down to no more than a simple "yes" or "no". Some of my favorite Flavor texts:

While not black, Blade of the Bloodchief  is a +1/+1 counter machine that black is in the best position to exploit.
