Look on the type line. If it has "forest" there, it's a forest card. For example, on forest  , there's the type "Basic land - Forest". It can also get stomping grounds  or dryad arbor  , because they also have the subtype "forest".

If it meant to search for green cards it would say green cards. The game tends to be very exacting with its words. So, even if you have heard people refer to green cards as "forest" cards, that bit of slang usage does not make them forests as far as the game is concerned.
Also, a "forest" card is any card with the word "forest" on the type line, not any card that provides green mana. So, Forest  s are ok, a Dryad Arbor  is ok, a Stomping Ground  is ok, a Llanowar Elves  is not, a Gruul Guildgate  is not.

Unfortunately, VCLs do not currently have the tools necessary to take moderation actions directly. VCLs submit their actions to ORCs, who then actually perform the action. This processing can take between a few minutes and several hours, depending on how busy/attentive the ORCs are.
