Put a white 1/1 Soldier creature token with vigilance into the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it. Then if was spent to cast ~, proliferate. Then if was spent to cast ~, target creature you control fights another target creature.

I'm trying to make a cycle of these cards, but I have a hard time coming up with synergies as great as this one. I want to make the "booster effects" ("then if..., do that) to stay the same on each card inthe color. So the blue card has the and the boost, the black card has the boost and the boost and so on.

I actually even originally tried to make each of the boosts a keyword action, but I couldn't...

But since the card is already complex enough, you should use normal soldier creature tokens without vigilance.. You could also remove the +1/+1 counter for the same reason if you changed the blue ability..

The synergy is quite lost for the last ability, because the targets are chosen at the time this spell is cast. The token ain't there yet to be chosen for fight.

If , populate? Nice symmetry with proliferate, that way.

This is actually what it was in the beginning, until I tried looking for a "boost" mechanic for white. I like it a lot better with G = populate and U = proliferate. But the others were a lot harder...

Yeah, originally it was a 1/1 Knight with vigilance and a +1/+1 counter...

The red one could be a Heat Shimmer effect, so that it can take advantage of the populate.
Nothing really matters.

Target player skips their next untap step. If was spent to cast ~, that player skips their next draw step. If was spent to cast ~, that player skips their next combat step.

Kresh's Rampage
Sorcery
Target creature you control gets first strike until end of turn. Then, if was spent to cast ~,  that creature gains deathtouch until end of turn. If was spent to cast ~, that creature must be blocked this turn if able.

Mayael's Chant
Sorcery
Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control. Then, if was spent to cast ~, that creature fights target creature you don't control. If was spent to cast ~, creatures you control are indestructible until end of turn.

Sedris' Whisper
Sorcery
Until end of turn, you may cast creatures from your graveyard. Then, if was spent to cast ~, until end of turn, creatures entering the battlefield under your control deal damage equal to their power to target creature or player. If was spent to cast ~, you may untap up to four lands you control.

They might be a bit broken on full power.

Fine ideas, lobster, but the point was to make the "if X, then Y" effects identical on each card. So for instance, "If , then populate" would have to be the effect whenever was spent on each of the cards in the cycle - apart from the green card of course. What would make sense? I should make a contest out of this...

I like the Heat Shimmer for the red one a lot.
