"  , put a -1/-1 counter on this creature: This creature deals 2 damage to target creature or player." That's pretty close to Hatchet Bully  , and super-high power + toughness don't really make sense for goblins..

this card was inspired by a larp game where we had bloodmage goblins, and a silly chat afterwards about the possibility of this card. the goblins in the larp game had higher HP than the standard goblins so that they could get off a few blood spells before being destroyed. Same princible here really. I suppose it could be harved, and one could have cards to put positive counters on the card so that it could continue to do damage.
