Update: If you want to add a color, choose green! The Golgari and Simic Charms are each sick, as is Deathrite Shaman and Abrupt Decay, and Garruk Relentless . It takes the deck in more of a midrange direction, but, hey. Further testing of my current B/U list has been going quite well. What I said before remains true; it won't dominate, but it keeps you in the game quite well.

A) Play a singleton deck. B) You need at least one Phylactery Lich and some card with the creature type Sphinx. C) You also want at least three different dragons, two angels and a darkly handsome magician. Jace , Jace of Jace is a good pick for the last one. D) Spike and/or dye your hair, and dress like a ten-year-old would-be street punk. Chains are a must. E) Develop egyptian-god-level blind-topdeck powers. F) Discuss your strategy at length with your opponent, in the middle of the match, preferably right after declaring the beginning of the combat step. G) ??? H) Profit.
Seriously looking at the creature list for this deck. considered psuedo humans with delver, mayor, skirsdag highpriest (maybe daggers) or zombie aggro with crawler, diregraf ghoul, mangler/ sitched drake
The funny thing is how different all of the decks you described would operate. What you have here is sort of like Delver/Miracle Grow(?) while the other two decks you mentioned would be... um... well... Something. Personally, I'd advise against both. On the list you posted, I'd cut Delver and Abberation, bring Snappy, Specter and Shaman up to four, cut all of your blue spells except for TT, cut tribute to Hunger, add in moar Abrupt Decay, Golgari(?) and Dimir charms, at least three Tragic Slip and some Psychic Strikes, and finally, cut Vraska. I think in general, you just need to focus on playing more of your best cards. Has your deck performed well so far?

Its more of a tempo/grow deck. It fairs really well against aggro decks with all of the bounce, which ends up feeding dryad and pike. Against control and midrange I side in Appetite for brains and Duress and counterspells, plus golgari charm. Basically the deck is geared to keeping delver out and eliminating any really threats my opponent might have. My only issue is aquiring more of the power house cards that as you said really should be more of the focus like shaman and snappy. So I improvised and thought of what else does this deck need to deal with, and evil twin is just funny against thrag, huntmaster, geist, and any other legendary.

an intersting equipment you could definitely use to replace runechanters pike is trepanation blade , as it gives you the mill background, on top of bonus damage. it is a bit slow, but can be quite the threat, especially if the enemy cant stop it.
No. It's slow, unpredictable, won't have synergy with Nighthawk, and is generally inferior to Pike in every way. Perhaps in some Dimir mill deck it could find a home, but I don't think it fits here.
