Todays random card is...

Hollow Warrior

This card is kind of bad.  I mean sure it's a 4/4 for 4 colorless mana which would at least be good for limited but the drawback really kind of sucks.  I would still run it in limited and just tap one of my early drops that isn't as useful anymore but this card is horrible anywhere else.

Thumbs down

It was playable in limited, but far from good. And never constructed worthy.

As a side note, I find the idea of a Hollow Warrior being piloted by another Hollow Warrior amusing.

Thumbs down, I agree. Rubbish. Even in a limited environment, I'd be sad panda to have to stoop to playing this guy.

An interesting option in a post-shadowmoor world: there are other ways to tap your creatures, but few that are colorless and no others that I can recall off the top of my head that are colorless beaters.

Okay, yeah, I'll run Paradise Mantle every time if I'm making an combo deck, but maybe if it's jsut to have synergy...?

Okay, yeah, it's junk.

Xzibit meme notwithstanding, I like how they thought they could put mecha in the game. Then again, chimera, and more recently, living weapon.

Presumably we'll get this:

Random Bishonen Hero

Creature--Human Artificer

: Target creature named Hollow Warrior gets +2/+2 until end of turn and can attack and block this turn. 1/1
