If my opponent takes control of one of my creatures with traitorous instinct  and my creature has an enchantment attached, what happens to the enchantment?

Nothing happens to the enchantment. Only the creature is changing controllers. Note that auras like Demonic Appetite  will fall off because they now enchant an illegal target, but most enchantments will remain attached.
