If you have 2 Crypt Ghast  and you tap a swamp, does it add 2 additional swamps to your mana pool? not sure if the cards abilities stack.

Yes, both abilities will trigger, and you will add two additional black mana to your mana pool.

no, but it will add two additional black mana to your mana pool (the effects are cumulative)
this is a Swamp
