What would happen if I have a blocker bonus like High ground and some (indestructible/protected/dam. prevention) creature like Fog Bank and the opponent has some big creatures with trample like Armada wurm attacking me. Would I receive damage? PD: See the oracle of: -Trample (If this creature would assign enough damage to its blockers to destroy them, you may have it assign the rest of its damage to defending player or planeswalker.)-Indestructible (Effects that say "destroy" don't destroy that permanent. An indestructible creature can't be destroyed by damage.) -Protection from white (This creature can't be blocked, targeted, dealt damage, or enchanted by anything white.)

You probably would, it's up to the attacking player whether you actually do.
The attacking player only needs to assign lethal damage to each blocking creature in order to trample the rest to you. In the case of Fog Bank, that's 2 damage. If Fog Bank is blocking two Armada Wurms, your opponent can deal at most 8 damage to you.

Ok So the clever fact would be to give toughness bonus to my blocker, using Ensouled Scimitar or Hero's Resolve or any shite like that

Trample allows the attacking creature to assign damage to the defending player/planeswalker once all blockers have been assigned lethal damage (regardless of whether or not that damage would actually be lethal)
a 5/5 trampler would only be required to assign 2 damage to Fog Bank, it could assign the other 3 damage to the player if desired, however, the 2 damage assigned to the Bank will be prevented when dealt.
