Troll is a funny card to include with Bloodrush. Both want you to discard creatures for some for of buff. Troll wants to eat guys for counters and Bloodrush wants to turn them into pump spells. I think I'd either build a deck with Bloodrush or with Troll, certainly not both.
Sticking with your current plan though, I'd probably cut back on a Troll, and add in a 4th Ghoul for a more aggressive, less eat all my guys build.

Red isn't being terribly useful in your build, maybe cut it for a strait BG build. Replace the Rampagers (Rancor is giving out +2/+0 and Trample anyway) for
Scab-Clan Charger 
. Charger makes for a nice combat trick and he isn't as hard of a choice if you're looking to make Troll bigger early on.

s with those Vipers.
