I was amused that John Pietrowski's Junk Midrange has 7 different creatures maindeck, with 11 distinct creature types, and the only overlap is that Deathrite Shaman  and Vampire Nighthawk  are both Shamans. The two additional creatures in the sideboard add 3 more distinct types, and only one more overlap; Loxodon Smiter  and Thalia, Guardian of Thraben  are both Soldiers. What creature type do you choose for Cavern of Souls  ?

IIRC, William Postlethwait's deck didn't have Stomping Ground  because he didn't realize it was legal.
