he will be a 1/1 "Planeswalker Creature - Human Gideon Soldier" with no abilities

he is still indestructible and all damage to him is prevented

If humility enters the battlefield first and then gideon's ability is used, Gideon will be a  "Planeswalker Creature - Gideon Human Soldier", with no abilities, and with power and toughness equal to his loyalty counters. He is indestructible and has a damage prevention effect around him.

If the order is reversed (play gideon's ability first, then humility), he will be the same except his is 1/1.

------

In layer 4 (type-changing effects), there is one effect to apply, so we apply it, turning gideon into a human soldier creature in addition to his other types.

In layer 6 (ability adding and removing), there is one effect to apply, so we apply it, removing all of gideon's abilities (his three loyalty abilities)

In layer 7b (P/T setting effects), there are two effects trying to set gideon's power and toughness. They are not dependant on eachother, so they are applied in timestamp order. Assuming humility has the earlier timestamp, we apply it first making gideon 1/1, and then we aply gideon's ability, overwriting the 1/1-ness.

The indestructibility is a change to the rules and does not apply in any layers and won't be affected by humility. The prevention effect also is unaffected.

in summary, Humility really doesn't mess with Gideon very much

he will have his normal P/T except on a turn that someone flashes in Humility on his controller's turn, after Gideon has animated

he will lose his loyalty abilities which he's likely already used for the turn if he's a creature

RPJesus: "Man, screw the rules, I'll play a game of 2HG Archenemy Planechase Emperor EDH draft yet. Once I figure out the rules for it..."
Chaikov: "Of course, casual Magic may be played any way your Pokemon group agrees on..." and "It's not logic. It's Magic!"
GainsBanding: "I only play online.  The Magic Online shuffler is AWESOME!"
Ikegami: "one might think [adult cats] would make excellent tokens. The issue, though, is that they are very hard to exile. They return to the battlefield more often than an undying creature."
Astarael7: "Does 121.1 imply that players are supposed to wear their poison counters?"
Bimmerbot: "If you move the wrong way and [the poison counters] fall, it's a game rule violation"
Helluminatus: "Just remember, if it looks like a duck, smells like a duck, and quacks like a duck, but the oracle text says creature - Bunny , then by god, it's a bunny."
MadCow21: "Who are you and what have you done with the real Chaikov?"
