Another in an occasional Purplebackpack89 series: Holiday cards. This one's for the BSA's birthday. Yes, it is a bit of an un-card. Boy Scout   
Creature-Human Scout At the beginning of each upkeep, or whenever a player casts a spell, put a merit badge counter on Boy Scout. At the beginning of your upkeep, if there are 21 or more merit badge counters on Boy Scout, transform it 3/3 Eagle Scout(Color indicator: Red/White/Blue) Creature-Bird Scout Flying Camping- [T]: Untap target land you don't control. Until the end of your next turn, you control target land.
Swimming-[T]: Other creatures you control get +1/+0 and gain islandwalk until end of turn
First Aid-[T]: Prevent all combat damage that would be dealt to you this turn
Citizenship-[T]: Creatures can't attack you this turn

Not sure why Camping only affects lands you don't control.

For added un-ness, don't say counters, just say merit badges. Like, literal badges. Just like shoe tree uses shoes.

I actually think there was a boy in the girl scouts.... can't remember for sure though.
The Girl Scouts now accept trans girls. That might be what you're thinking of. (And it's awesome.)
