AKA what Psychic Drain should have been and wasn't

Memory Drain
Sorcery
Target player loses X life and puts the top X cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard.

Mind Drain
Sorcery
Each opponent loses X life and puts the top X cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard.

Drain tends to be on cards where you absorb life from an opponent's resource loss...
