Yeah, if you have any Reckoners, try to trade them for intrinsicly powerful cards that haven't seen play yet. Stuff like Zenaga, Master Biomancer, Duskmantle Seer, and Fury in that order. Get them for less than current value though, because they only have so much room to grow. Other good specs are Crypt Ghast, Firemane Angel, and . Crypt Ghast isn't likely to move in price downward much due to casual appeal, and if it sees play in a black deck at the PT (hard to believe it wont) then it could double or more. Long term spec would be Hellkite Tyrant. Get like 10 of them and hold onto them for a few years, especially foils. I'd say move on High Priest of Pennance, but 4 dollars is a little awkward. If it sees play in a deck, it probably won't go to more than 6-8, and its more likely to fall.
If you don't want to speculate, then just go for Shocklands. The RTR ones are still pretty low, and Shocks always trade well. That said, if you have GTC shocks you aren't playing, trade them NOW. Especially GR. However, you might want to consider getting Breeding Pool and Watery Grave, as those are the less opened ones from the original sets. Next safest option is to trade for uncommons at buy prices. This lets you get a ton of good uncommons and then trade them at full trade value. Stuff like Ghor-Clan Rampager, Experiment One, Charms, and other obviously good stuff at a quarter or less.

I doubt Zegana has any room to grow. I think she started out at the most fair and realistic price out of the guild leaders and will probably remain relatively stable based on her stats and casual appeal. She should only go up if she shows up in a top deck as more than a 1-2 of and I don't really see that happening.
Fury has been on the downtick and continues to drop. It was massively overhyped.
Out of the four cards you listed I think the Biomancer and Seer are the only ones with potential to go up. Biomancer because he's such an interesting effect to build around and may just surprise people. And again, casual appeal. Seer is the same way. He is clearly powerful but doesn't really fit anywhere at the moment, though people are surely trying.
@MrI: I fully agree that he's vastly overpriced right now and will certainly drop since he already bubbled at $30. However to say he isn't that good seems pretty shortsighted. He's pretty insane in the format right now. Certainly if you have extra Reckoners or you just don't play with them, sell them all off now and buy them back later if you want to. He will be a defining card in Standard for a long time coming, though. Naya Midrange, Boros aggro, Rakdos aggro, and some UWR decks will all use him, plus he's good against most of those decks as well.
He nowhere near warrants that $30 tag, but I think he'll sit pretty stable at $10 once the hype and rush to buy playsets asap dies down.

SCG currently has them at 40, which is a bit insane. Ebay has them at 20-35, and a playset on auction currently at 118. If you can get rid of it at SCG prices, go for it. Don't take less than 30, go for 35

Obzedat is at 20 right now. I said earlier (I can't remember if it was this thread or the "What should I sell" thread) that Biomancer's price is from casual appeal only, and standard play would push him up really high. Seer is up there because people think he's good, so his price cieling isn't as high because the main appeal is from competetive players right now. Reckoner is good enough to play in Modern, by the way. So I don't expect him to ever go below 10-15 ever. I regret not buying into this set more than I did in terms of singles (decided I wanted to buy boxes and hit shocklands and other stuff, didn't go as well as I hoped)

Not sure how the Obzedat comment was related...do you think he should be higher or lower? If it was a response to my comment about Zegana, I'm calling her the most fairly priced because she didn't start at $20. $15 down to $10 seems reasonable for her effect. Heck, Lazav is still $8 and he's pretty terrible.
And yea, Gatecrash has some gems for sure I feel like this set also has a huge bulk of playable uncommons, at least moreso than a lot of the more recent sets.

I thought I explained it, but must have deleted it or just imagined it. Obzedat is an example of how high the guild leaders can get. Another example is Aurelia, though part of that is being a Mythic Angel. Obzedat found its place in a single deck (Esper Spirits) and that kept the price up alone. I also misunderstood your comment about Zenaga, but I think that she has the most room to grow if/when she takes off.
I think part of the problem about Gatecrash is that a lot of the Mythics got spoiled early, and people decided to guage them based on the standard that was instead of the standard we have now. And it helps that there are a lot of powerful uncommons that fit into decks.

Amazing how a few rotations... and power creeps...
Take this card:
Spitemare
which was unplayable.... to this card:
Boros Reckoner
The difference? Dominance of faeries and my favorite foreign black bordered core set of cards, Terror .
Boasts?
