Does bloodrush affect Wild Beastmaster before her ability activates? Or does her ability trigger first?

Her ability triggers before you can do anything, but its effect checks Beastmaster's power on resolution, so you can respond by pumping her and your creatures will receive a larger benefit.

Can you or somewon explain it a little better, because you cant cast spells or activate abilitys during declare attackers and it activates when she attacks

508.2. Second, any abilities that triggered on attackers being declared go on the stack. (See rule 603, "Handling Triggered Abilities.")

508.2a Abilities that trigger on a creature attacking trigger only at the point the creature is declared as an attacker. They will not trigger if a creature attacks and then that creature's characteristics change to match the ability's trigger condition.
Example: A permanent has the ability "Whenever a green creature attacks, destroy that creature at end of combat." If a blue creature attacks and is later turned green, the ability will not trigger.

Players can in fact cast (instant) spells and activate abilities during the declare attackers step. You can activate a bloodrush ability in response to Wild Beastmaster 's trigger to increase its power.

Only if you managed to get more than one combat phase in a single turn.

No. ALL attackers must be announced AT ONCE; you cannot send some attackers, then do stuff, then send some more attackers. Same goes for blocking.

«Dystocracy : A system of government in which corrupt leadership colludes with dishonest bankers and greedy elites in order to ensure that productive members of society –people who actually do useful work- bear the greatest share of taxes while gaining the least benefit possible.»

Sounds familiar?
