i just want to make sure of something. suppose i control a runeclaw bear , and then my opponent casts i cast earthbind on it. i then cast flight on my bear, and after that resolves, i use an aura finesse to reattach my earthbind to the creature it was already on (thereby giving it a new timestamp). my bear still flies after all of this, right?

you can't use Aura Finesse , since you don't control the Aura it will have flying

with your edit it would still have flying "reattaching" to the same creature doesn't cause it to get a new timestamp 701.3c Attaching an Aura, Equipment, or Fortification on the battlefield to a different object causes the Aura, Equipment, or Fortification to receive a new timestamp.

=== === ah. so for something to "become attached" to a creature, it has to go from not being attached to that creature, to being attached to it. thank you for bring this up; i'm more aware of this nuance, now.
