I have Boros Reckoner  and High Priest of Penance  out. I cast Aurelia's Fury  targeting one point to both the Reckoner and the Penance. When Reckoners ability triggers is Penance already in the graveyard or can Reckoner target Penance for a second hit before the Penance dies from Aurelia's Fury?

It's too late. Boros Reckoner will trigger as Aurelia's Fury is resolving. However, the ability won't be put onto the stack until after state-based effects are checked and High Priest of Penance is destroyed for having lethal damage. It won't be a legal target for the Reckoner's ability.

Okay, related question: I have 2 Boros Reckoners and a High Priest of Penance. Can I Aurelia's Fury the two Reckoners, have them each direct damage to the Penance and knock out two permanents?

no
while you can target the priest with both triggers they resolve one at a time, and between them the priest is destroyed, so the second ability will be countered

Suggest you try to roll Rootborn Defenses  and/or Boros Charm  into that deck. There's value in making both of those guys indestructible.

They are, but I wasn't holding either and my opponent had two Angel of Glory's Rise that had to die simultaneously before Fiend Hunter could cover one back up.
