Hey Guys, So I'm making a new deck based around blinking abilities through Ghostly Flicker  , Cloudshift  , Deadeye Navigator  , and Momentary Blink  . I don't really want to use Thragtusk  because it is too expensive. I want to make this a really cheap deck to build. I was also thinking of synergy with Simic's evolve and graft. I really enjoy Simic, so if you guys have any ideas, it'd be greatly appreciated so I can start building. Thanks!

Eternal Witness  , or failing that, the much less effective Archaeomancer  . Eternal Witness with Ghostly Flicker means that you can get potentially infinite uses out of it. Backed up with a lot of useful ETBs ( Coiling Oracle  , Venser, Shaper Savant  , Mystic Snake  etc) and you can get a lot of power out of it. Plus, 2xE-Wit, Ghostly Flicker and Time Warp  form an infinite turn combo which, thankfully, consist of 4 card which are all quite useful on their own. Given that it takes 8 mana a turn though, you might want some ramp - Primeval Titan  of course loves flicker, but a lot of playgroups will /eyeroll if you play it, given how stupidly powerful it is.

Wgat colors are you wanting to go into? The deck I'm working on is    with Acidic Slime  as a great budget blink target. Right now it's obvious that you're , which are great colors to start out with. If you stick with those colors, you certainly want to control the board. Stonehorn Dignitary  is a great trick to make sure you stay alive long enough to work on an end game. Which is something else you'll want to consider!

So I'm hoping to go mainly Green/Blue and maybe a bit of white for Momentary Blink . I want it toward a simicy type of deck. I'm using cards like Coiling Oracle for draw, Borderland Ranger  for lands, and graft and evolve cards to create large creatures. I liked how graft creatures would come back with full +1/+1 counters again after blinking, like Vigean Hydropon

You could be that guy and run Avalanche Riders  or Faultgrinder  . If you flicker it in response to the sacrifice ability, you get to keep it.

Sadly, I want to try and limit it to only 3 colors max, most likely bant (green, white, blue). I think there are some creatures that bounce noncreatures/lands. That could work almost just as well as the land destruction.
