Ertai loves Training Grounds  , so perhaps a deck that works around that would be good

If you decide to build around training grounds you should certainly also play white for enlightened tutor  . Also many other creatures have strong synergy with training grounds some of which may not be obvious. kadira vindicator  can be fun. nephalia smuggler  is vicious with it, especially with sundial of the infinite  planar guide  can be funny. azure mage  Lin Sivvi, Defiant Hero  can be really funny.
