I don't like this card.  It's a multicolor bear with an ability that really isn't that good in Gatecrash.  It'll probably get a bit better when all 3 sets are drafted together but in this set I don't like it.

Hard to cast bear is still a bear, and the ability to chump block or eat a chump and stick to the board is nice.
Limited Guidelines:

5.0: I will take this card no matter what: Pack Rat
4.5: Bomb and/or splashable creature or removal: Aetherling
4.0: Excellent first pick first pack, will sway me into same colors: Advent of the Wurm
3.5: Excellent first pack pick two, will confirm colors or possibly sway into second color. Gaze of Granite
3.0: Good in-color addition, or splashable removal/creature: Ascended Lawmage
2.5: Solid pick in-color: Bronzebeak Moa
2.0: Creatures 10-16; removal 6-7. Haazda Snare Squad
1.5: My 23rd or 22nd card, depending on removal. Wake the Reflections )
1.0: 23rd card if I don't maindeck an additional land: Murmuring Phantasm
0.5: This card will sometimes be sideboarded in: Uncovered Clues
0.0: I will shred this card for counters: Possibility Storm

Having a sac outlet for your own creatures is never a bad thing. You never know when your opponent is planning on using Act of Treason for the win. I'll give this one a 2.0. It's a bear with an ability you generally don't want to use, but if the creature was going to get stolen or die anyway it's a bonus.

I want to play it with Cipher, because it can both dodge removal and blockers while giving you virtual card advantage to help make up for any dudes you are sacrificing (especially with Call of the Nightwing ).

I think 2.0 for a bear with a bit of upside is reasonable.

Only because I'd give a vanilla 2/2 for 2 a 2.0 rating.  It has a bonus upside, but is very very situational.  I'd much rather have extort on this card....as its a pretty dead draw late game as it is.  I don't see that the ability is going to be relevant often enough to get the extra .5

This isn't a bad card, but this is a bad format for this card.  Orzhov isn't anywhere near aggressive enough to take advantage of it, and there isn't really any way to take advantage of the sac outlet, nor are there enough creatures smaller than her that you actually gain much from using her ability to save her.

Splashing for Act of Treason is all I can think of. Steal creature, attack, sac.
