You can shorten the wording a lot, and still keep the effect the same (unless I'm missing something). "Target untapped land's controller sacrifices it unless he or she pays . If [rest of clause]" should be functionally identical and neater. Although can I suggest you just make it tutor a basic land for target land's controller? Forest tokens just seem too abusable with Doubling Season and Parallel Lives

Thanks.
A is now what you suggest, B is more along the lines of what I was originally thinking, improved a little.
I'm not sure if I mind the synergy with those cards.

I'm pretty sure that having this target only untapped lands makes it countrerable just by tapping that land, since it no longer meets the criteria of being an "untapped land" and is thus an illegal target.

It this supposed to be R/G non-mana producing land hate (with red just killing it and green helpfully giving yu a forest to replace it), because it costs too much for that. In the older formats, why not just run Stone Rain (or Sink Hole or any of dozens of non-basic land hate options)? In the newer formats, what land doesn't produce mana?

Thanks all, I've updated accordingly with (C). Note that you can use this on your own lands too like Maze of the Ith , choosing not to destroy and paying instead. I can't believe Sinkhole is so broken and legal at the same time.
