These aren't puns. These are homographs, more specifically initial-stress-derived nouns.
They're puns. Just because the words are homographs doesn't mean they can't be puns! Lots of good puns are based on homographs and homophones.

I was going to do one for "run", but seeing as there are so many definitions for that...no. Fire  InstantChoose one--exile target permanent, or Fire deals 3 damage to target creature or player. Don't make me go! It burrrrnnnsss!Conduct InstantChoose one--the next spell you cast this turn costs less for each other spell you've cast before it this turn, or target creature cannot attack until end of turn. This behaves normally, moving manatrons from place to place.
