Another GTC card to rate is... Burning-Tree Emissary Spoiler:
Show
5.0: First pick no matter what. I will always play this card. 4.5: Splashable and first pick worthy. 4.0: First pick pack 1. 3.5: Early pick though not always a first pick. 3.0: Solid early/mid pick. 2.5: Solid pick in color. 2.0: Should generally make the deck if in this color. 1.5: Decent filler. 1.0: 23rd card if you have to. 0.5: This card will sometimes be sideboarded in. 0.0: I will never put this card into my deck (main deck or after sideboarding).
This dude is ok. I think he's more meant for constructed then limited but if I have him and I'm in gruul I'll play him. He's not what I consider a super early pick though. 2 Discuss!

In the right limited deck he fills out your board T3. That's pretty sweet. He can also help boros fix into gruul. Bears are super-relevant this time around... I mean, T1 spire tracer into this + madcap skills is pretty much game, no?

I've seen people play this in boros in order to splash gruul charms or rubblehulks better. It's funny to see people drop her, attack, then proceed to bloodrush rubblehulk and win. People always forget. It's a good mana fixer and will be used more often that way than as a 2/2 bear that you drop on turn two. 3

Pretty good tempo if you hit this on turn two with another two drop in hand. Pretty solid in general as a bear with upside, but it kind of depends on how relevant bears turn out to be in this format. They are looking better than they were in RtR so far.

3-3.5. I would not mind first-picking this guy. He's very, very good.

I'll go with 3.0 to start. The possibility of getting multiple creatures out on turn 2 is too good to pass up, and if you draw it later than turn 2 it is still mana neutral, meaning you can play it in addition to whatever else you were thinking about playing that turn. I am excited to play this set when it is released online.

That is suspicious because you shoudn't ever be able to use her mana to activate bloodrush, it would empty at the end of your 1st Main Phase before you have any attacking creatures.
