Sheoldred, Whispering One
Sepulchral Primordial
Doomgape

I play them in my Animate Dead deck.
Opponent sacks creatures, you reanimate them and get life while youre doing it all.
Keep sacking the Primordial to the Doomgape (gaining 4 life) to get it into the graveyard, then bring it back to steal more creatures from your opponents graveyard.

Final effect is they dont play anything or they dont have anything to play at which point you stomp them.
Sheoldred works well with Doomgape for pulling out creatures to sac so you can keep the Doomgape in play rather than sacrificing itself.

You must to choose the target for Sheoldred's ability as you put it on the stack, before any other upkeep triggers can resolve. You can't sacrifice a creature to Doomgape and then return it that same turn with Sheoldred.

Yeah, the trick only works on an every-other-turn delay.

And it's not that much mana, just 7. Just play the Sheoldred with both of the others in your graveyard and wait a few turns =)

Or add another primordial so you can reanimate one each turn.

not how it works :-)
they sack their creatures on THEIR upkeep.
on MY turn I bring the Primordial into play and revive the creatures the sacked on THEIR turn :-)

Thats happened with having Buried Alive to get a couple copies into the grave.

Its fun having the Sheoldred cause the opponent to sack a creature on their turn, then on my turn bring the primordial into play and taking the creatures they had to sack into play.
Didnt go over really well last game session ;-)

Yeah, pretty much every other turn except when I can get a Buried Alive and get a couple copies in the graveyard.

I added an extra buried alive to my graveborn. Sheoldred is target 1 everytime. No one is interested in playing that deck anymore so i save it for massive FFA games at the store.
