Ummm... Dosent Mongooose make shroud? cant you not enchant him anymore?

Yes but with the mystic you can block or use the totem ability some other way, the mongoose falls off and goes to your hand, then play more auras and mongoose it again. It's kind of clunky which is why I don't like it, but since they keep coming back its almost impossible to destroy your creatures.

Looks pretty good. I'd cut 1 each of O-Ring, Prison Term, Pacifism, Angelic destiny, Spirit Loop, Rancor(OR)Ancestral Mask, and Flickering Ward. This will give you 70 cards(still too high but workable for now), as well as cutting down the chances of having a hand full of enchantments with nothing to put them on. Then I'd playtest it a lot to see which cards you tend not to use/need, and then cut those. if you can get it down to 60-65 you should be able to drop 2 lands too. So after the 7 I took out you really only need to lose 3-8 enchantments. Also if you dropped the Angelic Destiny completely you should be able to run this just fine on 20 lands with the Sprawls in it. Hope this helps get the deck running right. If you really wanted to use blue, you CAN build it G/U but that's a diffrent explaination entirely.

Ok, now ill go thorugh the long process of cutting it down. Putting it into the deck builder and playtesting.  I hate this part about making decks. Will post the new decklist.

Man, at first I really wanted this deck to be fun to play with since I was thinking about still having Bruna, Light of Alabaster , Sovereigns of Lost Alara to create all sorts of shenanigans. But I guess most proper decks dont work like that and if they do they probably does not function well. Anyways, the deck playtests well. It has really changed from a slow control deck like I wanted to a much  faster and quicker deck. I guess thats when auras work the best. Here it is, once again playtests real well.

EDIT: If your thinking 20 lands is WAY too little. Its acutally not. Ive playtested quite alot, and with the Utopia Sprawl s this deck ramps quite nicely and is rarely low on mana/lands. Plus having the Sprawls are better than more lands since they help me draw more cards with the Spiritdancer, especially in the early turns.

Looks solid.  The only thing i would change would be dropping  Daybreak Coronet and increase Etheral Armor by 2 and Spirit Loop by 1.
