Form of the Mighty Bear   Creature - Bear Bear creatures you control have +2/+2. If ~ is in a graveyard at the end of your turn, you lose the game. Whenever an opponent casts a sorcery, exile ~. Return it to the battlefield at the beginning of the next upkeep, it gains haste. 2/2 Alternatively: When ~ is targeted, it has indestructible until end of turn. ~ cannot be affected by spells that do not target it.

Wouldn't it be easier to just put "Whenever a player casts a spell, exile " ". Return it to the battlefield at the beginning of the next upkeep. It gains haste"?
Especially because that would save the weird "cannot be affected" text.
