So my friend has some pretty powerful (super cheap) decks he likes to play with us infect with pump spells, cloupost eldrazi's, and from the grave turn 2 exhume etc decks. it really makes me mad
I want to punch him in the face... with a super cheap deck, anyone have one that will blow him away?
no moxes or black lotuses, any other cards are fair game

Do a Google search for RDW or "red deck wins". Most variations on it are incredibly low budget and surprisingly effective.

not cheap as in low budget,
i mean cheap as in so incredibly rediculous that you would never play anyone who played a deck like that ever again,
i understand super aggro red decks have a high chance of winning,
i want a deck that will make him flip the table!
it doens't have to be legal in any formats, just not unglued/unhinged/black lotuses/ or moxes

From the sounds of it, your opponnt is playing some very efficient builds using older cards. I'd suggest searching for Vintage and Legacy tournament championship winning decks. Note that if your friend is in any way sportsmanlike no deck you use will make him "flip the table".

if he was sportsmanlike, he wouldn't play such outrageous decks casually

Or perhaps you'd either step up your game or stop playing against him? It's like sparring against someone that doesn't know how to pull their punches, don't do it and expect to not get hurt.

Play storm. mind's desire or tendrils of agony or some variation. You can regularly win on turn 3 or sooner. Another thing to try is cabal therapy (depending on how he plays these decks). If you know what deck he's likely to bring then you can try cards like cabal therapy or cranial extraction to remove the biggest threats in his deck (this works against some strategies but doesn't work very well against goodstuff.dec). Or you could try "hate cards". For example rest in peace wouldn't be a good card to add to your decks but if you know that your opponent is going to play reanimator you can safely assume that rest in peace will be a good card to main deck against that opponent.
Don't be too smart to have fun
