Hi guys, just wanted to know something about Goldnight Commander  When he enters the battlefield do all cretures get 1/1 (him aswell)? Or does the spell trigger when other creatures besides him enter?

Phrasing says "another creature" so Goldknight Commander doesn't provide any bonuses when he enters.

what if, in the same turn, i put on the battlefield Goldnight Commander and another random creature? Will that creature trigger the G.Commander spell? IE. I put down Goldnight Commander and runeclaw bear  will both get +1/+1 from the bear trigger?

Why wouldn't it trigger? And before you say "because of summoning sickness," you should recall this about the summoning sickness rule: 302.6. A creature’s activated ability with the tap symbol or the untap symbol in its activation cost can’t
be activated unless the creature has been under its controller’s control continuously since his or her
most recent turn began. A creature can’t attack unless it has been under its controller’s control
continuously since his or her most recent turn began. This rule is informally called the “summoning
sickness” rule.
Since none of that applies to triggered abilities, Goldnight Commander has no trouble at all having its trigger condition met during the same turn it entered the battlefield.
Also, abilities are different from spells, which is why they're referred to as abilities and not spells. So, for example, a card whose trigger condition is "whenever you cast a spell" would not trigger from activated or triggered abilities.

IE. I put down Goldnight Commander and runeclaw bear will both get +1/+1 from the bear Commander trigger upon the bear entering?
