Do the tokens produced by Kessig Cagebreak stay on the battlefield after combat is resolved if theywere not blocked or hit by a lethal amount of damage?

Yes, nothing is telling you to remove them.

Compare with Nacatl War-Pride  which does remove the tokens it puts on the field.
