Help please? I'm thinking of adding in some more rewind but I'm not too sure I should pull anything. I'm also thinking about pulling 1 think twice for one more abrupt decay in the board.
Edit: Still want to add one rewind. I also would like to add one ultimate price to the main. Really makes hellrider and thundermaw look bad and both games I boarded it in were really worth it. I could stand for one main board I believe.
Needs more Duress and Consuming Abberation . seriously, the horror is like standards Tarmogoyf and I think your list is promising but it needs more spot removal, maybe mainboard some of those Decays and include Aetherize as a 2 of for a sweeping tempo.
I don't like the 8 3cc countspells. Maybe cut two for a couple Syncopate . Later on it won't be very helpful but at least you'll be able to stop something turn 2. Also you have too many land. Just cut the Rewind and two land. Might be worth adding more Dryads. Obviously you won't be able to add the abberation since it costs far too much. Also, why no Del ver ? You could add that instead of the Dryads, might be as easy or easier to turn on than the phantasm. maybe Spell Rupture ? Might be a bad idea though...

Good point on the duress! I don't know about the Abberation though... that causes a tap out which is exactly what this deck doesn't want to do. I'm trying to find room for some ultimate price or decay in main board.

I think the counter suit is fine. Syncopate is pretty bad almost universally. Spell Rupture might be a fine if the deck had more creatures but this basically just tries to get two out and ride to victory. It's basically an aggro control deck. Phantasms get ungly pretty quickly. I was playing a deck a little bit like this right as RTR came out and it was a lot of fun because phantasms activated really quickly. Dryads are beyond nasty because every spell in the deck besides avenger evolves them. They're probably the best thing that can happen for me besides sticking a phantasm that doesn't disappear on turn one. Delver isn't nearly as good any more and I don't want to wast the charms on myself. It's much better to fate seal them and mill them two cards for phantasm. Which a twist and scour I hit the 10 and only lose 1 card (and four mana). I've shifted the twists down to three however. Also, I don't want to cut another land. I'm already trying to find room for a drownyard.
Actually, no drownyard at this point but I would like to make some room for more removal. I updated the list. Also took out a dissipate for an abrupt decay in the board.
I think you're under estimating Syncopate and mis-reading Spell Rupture. It's based on creature power not # of creatures. That said I'm not sure it's great for your deck as you may not always land a creature turn one or have decently sized creature later on. Just that generally a turn two counterspell is a great idea. In the first few turns everyone taps out anyways so that even a Force Spike is a Counterspell. Stops that dork->Sublime on the draw or counters T2 Silverblade on the play.
Anyways, for the board I would consider Beckon Apperation or Cremate for dealing with Snapcasters and Reanimator. It looks a little like the last four cards in your SB are just cards that didn't fit main deck. What MUs are they helping with? Extra Dryad against... Angel of glory's rise.dec? Maybe put in Tribute to Hunger for the bant auras match?
Isn't Deathrite Shaman counterproductive to Phantasm? I'm with the vote for Delver, it just seems like you would get that running before you get Phantasm active. I'll let you know how my build goes since I'm running something similar with Aberrations and Fog. Code name Bug Fogging Monster
