I control Quicksilver Elemental and another creature equipped with Leonin Bola . I activate the Elemental's ability to gain all of the other creature's activated abilities until end of turn. Will the Elemental still have the "Unattach Leonin Bola" ability once the Bola is unattached? I still can't activate that ability unless Leonin Bola's attached to something, right?
yes, it will and no, you can't activate it without being able to pay its cost

lf you unattach an Equipment, there's no longer an equipped creature. Anything that wants to unattach as a cost but do something with the creature as effect needs to grant an ability.
