Testing for me means play every deck that is popular with them having perfect knowledge meaning I play with my hand revealed. I solitare when I'm unable to meet up with anyone for testing, which can happen considering I work graveyard shifts.

Deathrite Shaman isn't a good mana source without zendikar/onslaught fetches because if I turn one evolving wilds for a tapped swamp turn 2 I cast deathrite which means he isnt making mana until turn 3 and thats just not good in an aggressive format like this.  I would rather leave it sideboard for the matchups where his other abilities can win me a game like eating gravecrawlers and what not.

As for your planeswalker/deck threats question: Sure sometimes your just dead on board but thats no different than any other deck when it loses. My threats are pretty diverse I would say. Having 2 different Jace's in my hand is rarely an issue considering I never plus little Jace in this deck. So Little Jace never stays on the board for more than the turn I play him and the following turn where I take him to 0.

I have considered thoughtscour in this deck just as another way to mill/draw but I'm on the fence with playing it.

What would you reccomend for more versatile spells, and what would you cut for said spells?

Well in the more budget BUG deck that I am building I am thinking about more preventitive measures, Duress and Appetite For Brains , especially the latter when Thrag, Resto, and Huntmaster plague the meta.
What are your thoughts on Dimir Charm ?

dimir charm is bad.  there are some well respected players who might say otherwise, but given enough time... everyone will realize the card is bad.  izzet charm isn't good, and it's much better than dimir charm.

Blue is the best color ever.  How do you deal?

I would agree with Burning_Forest on Dimir Charm if that card is good, its not in this deck. As for preemptive discard spells I leave them in the sideboard encase they have a card I can't deal with mainly Sigarda, Host of Herons if your on a budget I suppose they could be main although I don't know for certain because I'm not a budget builder.
