Culling Beast
Creature - Beast
Trample
~ attacks each turn if able.
Whenever ~ attacks a player, destroy each creature with the lowest toughness that player controls. If no creature is destroyed in this way, sacrifice ~.

As long as it's random, I really can't see where's the problem. Anyway, there's already a few standard ways for doing this. We listed them in this thread. If someone does the bogey-bogey, eats the cards, waits until they come out, look out the approximate order, place replacements in the same order, calls the president to ask him to give him a string of numbers, puts the card in the given order, then pick the cards in the order given by taking the date of birth of his opponent, reversed, and taking only every other number, then a judge can clearly declare that he's random enough.

Seems more Black than anything else, really.  The fact that toughness matters is sort of a small nod to Red, and I don't think it's justifiable in Green either.  Green would force each creature with the lowest toughness to block it or something, but never just destroy them outright.

I know green doesn't normally get creature destruction. However, I was thinking this might fit more into its "survival of the fittest" mentality.

Green can occasionally get some creature destruction . This particular card is too repeatable for green though.

Culling Beast
Creature - Beast
Trample
~ attacks each turn.
Each creature with toughness less than ~'s power blocks it if able.

Green prefers to think "If you can beat me, you deserve to win." So, its removal follows that trend .
