You shouldn't really be able to nick your opponent's own Auras and Equipment with this.
That's sort of the point.

I dunno man, it feels like you're supposed to be offering your target something to come over to your side, and how can you offer them something you don't own?
The Azorius can amend property rights pretty much however they see fit, if it's for a good purpose. I don't see them being above bribing people with the best stuff from the evidence room.
