I can understand blue being done away with, there are already a bunch of things that all the other colors do that blue doesn't. There are almost no "Destroy" spells in Blue, unless you're counting spell counters as destroyers. Blue doesn't gain life, deal damage, or force opponents to lose life. However, there are three things that are big in blue and little in the other three colors: drawing cards, countering spells, and returning permanents to their owner's hands. For this set:
- White gets bouncing
- Green gets drawing cards
- Red gets counterspells and spell copying
- Black gets a little bit of all the things above, plus milling and discarding, which it was already strong in.

White already gets counters, black gets straight draw (almost) red gets looting, green gets creature based draw, returning permanents to hand isn't that good anyway, but both red and white have gotten it. Well white has gotten to top of library..

Vinestorm Sorcery Draw three cards, then put two non-creature cards from your hand on top of your library. (Color-shifted Brainstorm ) Blessed Shuriken Instant Return target permanent to its owner's hand. Its controller gains life equal to its CMC. Counterflame Instant Counter target white or blue spell I'm seriously getting a serious Planar Chaos vibe from this thread

Clever color bleeds are not the same as blatant disregard for the color pie :x

White counterspells, red counterspells, let's see if I can do a GREEN one for this blueless deck AEther Wormhole Counter target spell. Its controller may search his or her library for a basic land card and put that card onto the battlefield tapped. Then that player shuffles his or her library.

Why are you making it blueless?
I don't like blue. It does a bunch of stuff just because it's "smart" or "tricky" or something even if it would be more interesting in another color. Everything blue has boring, abstract flavor, like the card name is describing what the card does instead of how or why.
Basically, because Mana Tithe is way cooler than Force Spike .

Shrouded Cage Enchantment - Aura (common) Enchant nonblue creature Enchanted creature can't attack or block . Only the most cunning could find its door.
Alcove Ghast Creature - Spirit (common) Alcove Ghast can't be blocked except by blue creatures. Only the most perceptive could see its steps.3/3 False Omen Instant (common) Until end of turn, you gain control of target blue creature and it has haste. Only the most learned could discern its meaning.Erdori Hunter Creature - Centaur Scout (common) All blue creatures able to block Erdori Hunter do so. Only the most curious could spring his trap.3/1 These should have interesting interactions since every color will have blue and nonblue stuff. Blue's allies get nonblue hosers and its enemies get blue hosers. I'm bad at flavor text. Erdor is the name of a place that I just made up like a minute ago.

I was ignoring white since I couldn't figure out what to do with it, but it's getting tapping permanents, "doesn't untap" stuff, aura movement, bounce, counterspells, and a theme of taxation. Charms Dealer Creature - Human Wizard (rare) If an Aura attached to another permanent would be put into a graveyard, instead attach it to Charms Dealer. : Attach target Aura attached to Charms Dealer to another target creature. 1/3 card scrapped due to negative interaction with new mechanics

Imperial Collector Creature - Human (common) Whenever Imperial Collector attacks, you gain 1 life for each untapped land defending player controls. 2/2
He's supposed to encourage them to tap all their lands. Then you do degenerate stuff. I might change it, though, since if you do it in the other order it's pretty antisynergistic.
