4 x Arbor Elf 4 x Ghoultree 4 x Avacyn's Pilgrim 4 x Fling 4 x Infernal Plunge 4 x Miming Slime 4 x Predator's Rapport 4 x Fog 4 x Searing Spear 12 x Forest 12 x Mountain T1 Forest, Manadork T2 Land, Maybe Searing Spear or Fog. Best would be ofcourse another manadork. T3 Mountain, tap all lands and your manadork for four mana. Sacrifice manadork to Infernal Plunge for three mana. Ghoultree becomes 1 cheaper because of the manadork in your graveyard, cast Ghoultree. After that, if you cast the second manadork, miming slime and fling. Basically keep the game going with Fogs and Searing spears until you can fling two Ghoultrees at the opponent. Any suggestions or comments?

Just noticed that you can't do it without the second manadork. Well, that's that for late-at-night deckbuilding :P
Still possible to get Ghoultree out, but it certainly is a lot less reliable then I initially thought.

This deck is entirely dependant on getting that Ghoultree out. What happens if you don't get one? Fog and Searing Spear won't stall them forever.
