Are the "counters" described on Cryptborn Horror accumulative? i.e.: my opponent loses 3 life on my turn, 2nd upkeep I play Cryptborn and it becomes a 3/3 creature. ... On my next turn, my opponent loses 3 life, Cryptborn is now a 6/6 creature. Is this correct?

No, Horror only knows how much life was lost during the current turn before he hits the table. He doesn't get bigger afterwards just because more life is lost.
