He's referring to the Gruul, plain and simple. He's evidently one of them and quite possibly a native of the plane like Vraska and Ral Zarek.

Agreed on all counts. Unlike http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75842/29637571/GTC-ICD_Disciple_of_the_Old_Ways, the art features a female in somewhat revealing clothing w/o just coming off as soft porn meant to pander to a certain demographic. She's wearing breast-plate (not to be confused with a breastplate) but not in a suggestive position and her proportions are reasonable, unlike the silicone playboy model look we see so often in magic art. I know it's a controversial issue and many people like that kind of art, but I personally think it cheapens the game and paints the game in an embarrassing light when friends/family not familiar w/the game see cards like that.

You're really making mountain s out of molehills.  No one's fapping to Magic cards, it's just art (and if they are, so what).  They're Gruul, they don't wear much.  Get over it.
