Bit of work to go through to get an unblockable hexproofer, but at the same time in limited would be delicious with bloodrush and applying huge swings of damage.

Yeah, Madcap Skills plus Alpha Authority on any creature is a short clock. And a very doable combo for gruul players in limited. Will be especially good in draft.
